🔥URGENT - CRITICAL ACTION ITEM 🔥

Don’t let Dominion decide your home value without a fight - two minutes can make the difference

We need every household to register for the SCC telephonic hearing and submit written comments!

These two actions are the most powerful tools our community has in the Golden to Mars case, and a large volume of public participation directly strengthens our position.

It takes only a few minutes and truly matters.

Please don’t wait. Make this a priority for your household this week.

What You Need To Do:

1. Register for the SCC Public Hearing by Phone

  • Deadline: December 9th at 5:00 p.m.
  • Hearing: Monday, December 15 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Takes under 2 minutes
  • You may read a statement or speak briefly
  • Every household member can register, including kids
  • Instructions: https://nopowerlines.org/scc-hearing-by-phone

Important: If you registered for the Rock Ridge hearing but were not called, you must register again. Registrations do not automatically roll over.

2. Submit Written Comments to the SCC

  • Reference: Case No. PUR-2025-00056
  • Even a short paragraph helps
  • Kids can participate
  • Every submission counts
  • Instructions: https://nopowerlines.org/scc

We have received questions about whether the telephonic hearing or written comments are more important.

You should and can do both

A strong volume of public witnesses benefits our case beyond simply demonstrating community support - although that is very important too.

Because the telephonic hearing occurs before the evidentiary hearing, a high number of speakers can affect how the SCC manages its schedule. If the telephonic hearing requires more time than currently allotted, it may necessitate shifting the evidentiary hearing timeline out. Additional time is advantageous, so early and high registration is helpful.
